Carrying out various housekeeping and cleaning duties including the following:
• To readily interact with all visitors / tenants within the building, delivering a first class customer focused service. • To ensure that all cleaning duties carried out are strictly in accordance with BICS’c standards so that quality work is delivered, fully meeting and exceeding client expectations. • To ensure that all work undertaken is strictly carried out in accordance with OCS’s Health and Safety procedures. • To demonstrate commitment to a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions. • To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the site supervisors / Environmental Services Coordinator. • Ensure all areas relevant areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. • Regular cleaning patrols of all common areas including the mall and food court, proactively dealing with issues as they arise. • Undertake periodic cleaning tasks in line with site schedules. • Safe use of equipment in line with company policies and procedures. • Chemical use in line with company policies and procedures. • To always consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist, put forward suggestions so that ‘continuous improvement’ is the norm. • To work in a proactive manner supporting / assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so. • To ensure exemplary standards in personal grooming, strictly adhering to the site uniform requirements • To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationally required whether internal or external to the property.
