Store Manager

KIKO Milano are growing within the UK at a rapid pace. As such, KIKO are looking for a Store Manager for the Milton Keynes Store to join an already existing team.

The duties and responsibilities of a Store Manager within a busy KIKO store are in depth and challenging therefore the successful Store Manager will need to be experienced with a hands on approach.

KIKO has a specific set of standards in terms of the responsibilities of a Store Manager which include the following but are not limited to: - Guarantee the right management of encashment and performance targets (P Plus, Upt, Average Ticket, Convertion rate, hourly productivity) - Guarantee the constant supervision of the management and transfer of receipts in respect of procedures - Guarantee the fine tune of planning schedules and vacation plans, assuring the suitable store support - Guarantee the correct stock management and related activities - Guarantee qualitative standards in terms of image (layout, merchandising and proper keeping of the Store) - Guarantee periodicity and quality of the supervision of procedures’ implementation and respect - Guarantee the management and animation of the Team - Guarantee the leading on field of the Team in order to strengthen and develop the competencies

Required experience preferred: • Retail Management: 2 years • Retail Sales: 5 years
