To be successful, you have the following attributes: • Self-motivated and results focused • Passionate about working with people • Exceptional level of customer service • Positive, can-do attitude • Committed to continual improvement • 1+ years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, and/or food service
Your responsibilities will be: • Delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service in store • Working with your Store Manager to achieve daily targets • Working with your team to ensure store presentation standards are maintained • Leading your team in the Store Managers absence. • Becoming a brand ambassador and selling our products with passion • Create a positive and friendly environment for our customers and team • Operational duties – stock taking, maintaining health and safety practices, working at POS
